All Apple products have great functionality and are high end goods in the field, but they are also excellent for fun activities, their graphic platform and high resolution screen allowing games to raise to a different standard. Chop Chop Caveman is the latest success brought to you by Gamerizon. The iPad App Chop Chop Caveman is the successor of another big hit, Chop Chop Ninja, but it comes with a fresh, animated platform. The game has a released update in version 1.8.1, which enabled an optional “virtual dpad” control scheme and works to soon deliver the Ice Canyon level. The media received the application extremely well, ranking it among the very top platformers.

You should prepare yourself for prehistoric entertainment as the Chop Chop Caveman is trying to satisfy his most basic need, that is food. So basically the caveman, which is you, moves from one area to the next, doing whatever it takes to get food: killing small creatures, grabbing it from the ground and from time to time he has to slay a ferocious character in order to receive a special meal. The iPad App Chop Chop Caveman also has this nostalgic graphic, reminding the users of the reputable Mario, in terms of side scrolling and action style gameplay. But the game is not all killing and slaying, apart from the fun action, there is also a strategy move, that happens every fifth level. The caveman meets a higher level character and has to find a way to defeat him, especially since the more you advance, the stronger these bosses get.

Chop Chop Cavemen gives its players a choice in terms of controls, between the classic virtual pad and the “smart touch controls”, which are a particularity of the iPad App Chop Chop Caveman. It is a total blast to use the latter, with no use for joystick or buttons, just the touch of your finger for all the different actions. Whatever you choose, controlling the Chop Chop Caveman isn’t hard at all, you can move, pause, dash or jump only by managing a couple of controls. The game does require some precision and good timing, but the controls are really enabling you to acquire them.

The cartoon like graphics of the Chop Chop Caveman are also a particular attraction of the game. Just like we were accustomed by the entire Chop Chop series, the graphic is simple, yet impressive with a high frame rate and entertaining animations. In reference to the menus, they are very user-friendly as well and facilitate an ease of access: you’ve got the main menu and the level selection one. The audio part comes hand in hand with the funny graphics, by fast-paced mixes and sound effects, which will surely put you in a better mood.
